As Co-Director of Hopeful Hearts my passion is to create safe and supported environments where children feel understood and families feel genuinely supported. I have a background in Early Childhood Education, along with a Diploma in Youth and Family Intervention, which has given me a strong understanding of child development and supporting families through a range of needs.
I believe in building strong, trusting relationships and tailoring support to each individual’s needs and goals, ensuring every child and family feels heard, valued, and supported.

As Co-Director of Hopeful Hearts, I bring a background in Registered Nursing, along with lived experience that shapes my understanding and approach to care. I am committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred support, with a strong focus on providing safe, high-quality care for people living with disability.
I am dedicated to creating a service where individuals and their families feel genuinely supported, respected, and heard. By leading a values-driven team and tailoring supports to each person’s goals, I aim to build confidence, encourage independence, and make a meaningful, lasting impact in people’s lives.
There is so many wonderful things I can say about Hopeful Hearts.
The dedication of the staff, their knowledge, their professionalism and high standards of service is just to name a few.
Our twins are Level 3 ASD with anxiety and moderate ID.. and with children having high support needs life can get very challenging at times. Hopeful Hearts and the team are always here to stand next to us and help with those challenges.
From the Directors right through to the support workers, the dedication to the high level of support they provide makes it very clear that this is a well organised and trained team. You won’t find a more caring, understanding and reliable source of support.
The duty of care we have experienced with our precious twins goes beyond words.
Since joining we have witnessed our twins improve with daily life skills, growth with their independence and increased confidence when accessing the community.
Hopeful Hearts have been reliable in taking care of all the support the twins needed, showing up for the twins and us as a family in the midst of difficult times.
The communication with the team and booking system is wonderful. The reliability and prompt responses and updates when your children are about the community it’s so refreshing you get to see your kids laughing and smiling and being so happy enjoying themselves.
Support in daily life skills , day programs, in-house respite, short-term accommodation and emergency respite are some of the services we’ve needed and let me tell you hopeful hearts have been flawless with the execution of everything that we have required.
I cannot express enough how grateful my husband and I are seeing the significant improvement with the children and their happiness and joy when they have their support workers from Hopeful Hearts greet them and as a family our quality of life has improved immensely. It’s priceless!!
Thank you so much hopeful hearts thank you for everything you do and for your love and dedication to supporting these precious children of ours, and thank you for being a part of our lives. Navigating this life now with Hopeful Hearts by our side has opened up our future in so many ways, it looks brighter and it’s definitely helped put us at ease knowing the kids are in such a great care.
